Mr. Porter holds degrees in Civil Engineering, Business Management & Finance, and an MBA from Washington State University. His academic achievements are augmented with over 30 years experience as a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. We offer ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Cadastral surveys, Construction Staking, Boundary Surveys, Subdivision Platting, Lot Line Adjustments, Transportation, Public Infrastructure, and Subsurface Utility Identification and Location Survey Projects.
Professional registrations include Florida, Virginia, Washington, and Certified Federal Surveyor. Mr. Porter has successfully completed and managed projects consisting of Commercial and Government Design/Build teams, public infrastructure improvement, residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Arizona, California, Idaho, Florida, Washington, Virginia, Texas, Montana, and Wyoming.
